HOW TO GET MY JEWELRY DESIGNS MANUFACTURED?
We are a top-notch custom jewelry manufacturer. We take challenges out of custom jewelry manufacturing for our clients such as designers, jewellers and brands. So we let you imagine and we turn your imagination into real creation. We ensure that your perfect piece is waiting for you.
1. YOUR IDEA
BLUEPRINT, DESIGN & SKETCH
It all starts with you providing us with an idea of your jewelry requirement. Design tailored to your needs based on the samples that you provide or original sketches that we develop at your request.
2. PROTOTYPE
COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN
After finalisation of sketch, we make a 3D CAD (Computer-Aided-Design) prototype of your jewelry design which confirms mainly the over all look, measurements and design.
3. APPROVALS
SAMPLE APPROVAL & CHANGES
Once you aprrove CAD (Computer-Aided-Design) design, We procced for sample manufacturing. We re-work on sample in case of any changes or modification required until you finalised.
4. FINALIZE
APPROVAL FOR BULK PRODUCTION
Bulk production is the final step inside our jewelry factory. The lead time usually is around 15-30 days depending upon the design complexity of the order.
5. DISPATCH
DISPATCH, LOGISTICS & REORDER
Your jewelry products are exported in a safe and secure packaging.
We also arrange door-to-door delivery via air or sea.
