In 2003, our founder walked into a jewellery manufacturing unit with nothing but curiosity and a willingness to learn everything — from the way a stone is set to the way a piece is priced for export. Over the next six years, every part of the jewellery business became familiar territory: design, manufacturing, quality control, international sales.

Variation was first built as a fashion jewellery brand in 2009 — scaled, loved, and paused at its peak. Then came Emmyrobe, a D2C brand built entirely from scratch, where we mastered the digital craft of building a brand online. In 2024, Variation was reborn — this time with lab grown diamonds, fine jewellery, and a vision that reaches far beyond India.
