Are your diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — completely. Lab grown diamonds are physically, chemically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. Every Variation diamond is IGI certified and graded on the same 4C scale (cut, colour, clarity, carat) as any natural diamond. The only difference is origin.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom pieces are ready in 2–3 weeks from the date your design is confirmed. We will keep you updated throughout — with photos at each key stage if you would like them. Rush timelines may be possible for certain pieces — ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to multiple countries including UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and more. All international shipments are fully insured and tracked. Reach out to us for specific shipping costs and timelines for your location.
Can I see the diamond before I buy?
Absolutely. For custom orders, we share detailed images and video of the diamond before it is set. Every diamond comes with its IGI certificate, which includes the exact grades, measurements, and a plotting diagram of the stone.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right — whether that means an exchange, adjustment, or return. Custom pieces are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — for larger orders, we can discuss a payment plan. Typically we ask for a 50% deposit to begin work on a custom piece, with the balance due before shipping. Reach out to us on WhatsApp to discuss what works for you.
