Please note: Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Custom pieces ship after production is complete — typically 2–3 weeks after design approval. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Our Commitment
We have never had a piece lost or damaged in transit. We intend to keep it that way — which is why we choose couriers specifically experienced in handling high-value jewellery, and why we insure every order regardless of value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time directly on the courier's website.

  • International orders — track via dhl.com using your waybill number
  • Tracking updates are sent at key stages — dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered
  • If you have not received your tracking number within 2 business days of dispatch confirmation, contact us immediately

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • Variation ships all international orders with accurate declared values — we do not under-declare
  • Customs duties vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority
  • DHL may contact you directly to arrange duty payment before delivery
  • Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs

Is shipping really free in India?
Yes — completely free on all orders across India, with no minimum order value. We cover the full shipping cost, and every India order is fully insured at no extra charge.
How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. If you would like an estimate before placing your order, reach out to us at design@variation.in or on WhatsApp and we will give you an accurate figure.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, yes — contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email and we will update the address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible. Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs duties on my international order?
Customs duties and import taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are concerned about potential duties.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Every Variation order is fully insured for its complete value. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order in full. Contact us immediately if you suspect your order is lost.
How long does a custom piece take before it ships?
Custom pieces typically take 2–3 weeks from design approval to completion. Once ready, they are dispatched and delivered within 2–4 business days in India or 7–10 business days internationally. We keep you updated throughout and will always give you an honest timeline upfront.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Due to the high value and insurance requirements of our shipments, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders require a physical street address and a signature on delivery.
