Every custom Variation piece follows the same careful process — designed to keep you informed, in control, and confident at every stage.
Step 01
Share Your Vision
Every piece begins with your idea — and no idea is too rough, too vague, or too ambitious to share with us. A photo on your phone. A sketch on a napkin. A description of how you want it to feel. We work with all of it.
Tell us your preferred style, diamond shape, metal choice, and what you have in mind for budget. We will come back to you with options, questions, and honest guidance — not a sales pitch.
Step 02
Collaborate on the Design
Once we understand your vision, our designer translates it into a detailed 3D CAD model — a digital render that shows you exactly how your piece will look before a single gram of gold is used.
You will see the proportions, stone placement, and every design detail. If something is not quite right, we refine it. We do not move forward until you are genuinely happy with what you see.
Step 03
Approve the Prototype
Before production begins, we create a physical prototype — through 3D printing or wax modelling — so you can see the actual form, weight, and feel of the piece before it is made in precious metal.
We share photos and videos of the prototype with you directly. This is your final checkpoint before we commit to the full piece. We only proceed when you are completely satisfied.
Step 04
Watch Your Jewellery Come to Life
With your approval confirmed, production begins. The metal is cast, shaped, and polished. Your chosen diamond — IGI certified, selected to your exact specifications — is set by hand with the precision that only comes from doing this for a very long time.
We keep you updated as it progresses — photos at key stages if you want them, and a clear timeline so you always know where your piece is in the process.
Step 05
Final Touches & Quality Check
Before your piece leaves us, it goes through a thorough quality inspection — every setting, every surface, every finish examined carefully against the CAD design you approved.
If you requested an engraving or any special finishing detail, it is completed at this stage. Nothing ships until we are satisfied it is exactly right — not approximately right.
Step 06
Receive Your Piece
Your piece is complete. Packaged in Variation's signature luxury box, fully insured, and shipped directly to you — anywhere in India or worldwide, with end-to-end tracking.
When you open the box, you will have something no one else in the world has. Designed by you, crafted by us, and made to last far longer than either of us.
