Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free shipping across India on all orders.
- Orders within India are shipped securely via Sequel Logistics.
- All shipments are fully insured until delivery.
International Shipping
- International orders include nominal shipping charges, calculated at checkout.
- We ship globally with trusted courier partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
- Duties, customs charges, and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by the destination country.
Production & Delivery Timeline

Up to 2 weeks from order confirmation. -
Shipping Time:
Approximately 1 week, depending on destination and courier partner.
Total estimated delivery time: Up to 3 weeks.
Please note: production timelines may vary slightly depending on design complexity, diamond selection, or material availability.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment in real time using the provided tracking number.
Returns & Replacement Policy
Returns
- We do not accept returns.
- All Variation jewellery is custom-made or made-to-order. Since each piece is made specifically for you, returns are not feasible.
Replacement for Manufacturing Defects
- We offer replacement only in case of genuine manufacturing defects.
- Any concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging for inspection.
Once approved, the replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
Important Notes
- Actual gold and diamond weights may vary slightly in the final piece. Charges are calculated strictly based on the actual materials used.
- Delivery timelines may be impacted by customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
- Variation is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in international shipments.
